Root to Rise
This class is specifically designed for a morning practice. Using gentle stretching leading to some strength and balance postures. This class will end with a motivational savasana having you leave prepared for the day ahead.
This vigorous and fast paced full body workout focuses on increasing your heart rate while building strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental focus through a series of challenging yoga poses.
This slower moving vinyasa flow class focuses on deep stretching and functional movements to create flexibility, mobility, and increase quality of everyday life.This class invites you to move at a mindful pace where we will link breath with movement. A focus on finding your breath and calming the nervous system through stillness and relaxation while also finding balance and movement infused with deep stretching along the way
This class is a nurturing vinyasa class. We will flow, build strength, flexibility and stamina. We will do this with more ease and less speed while bringing our attention to connecting breath and movement. Gentle Flow Yoga
Geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Mindfulness & Movement
Bringing mental focus and practice of being aware of our entire body. Mindful movement allows us to recognize the capability and potential of our bodies. Mindful movement is listening to your body to create an awareness of your body. It involves finding something about your body to enjoy and leave class feeling ready for whatever comes your way.
Relax & Restore
Join this gentle restorative class to promote wellbeing and reduce stress while providing the ability to relax and improve sleeping patterns. This class incorporates gentle yoga as well as Yin yoga. Hands on adjustments enhance the experience. Concluding each session with a long guided meditation.
Sunday Funday Yoga
All levels of yoga class taught by a different instructor each week. This class will let you try different styles, methods, and instructors. A good way to learn something new. Start your week off right!
AERIAL YOGA ESSENTIALS – You’ll become acquainted with what it’s like to move in some familiar mat yoga poses with the support of the hammock; become comfortable moving within the Aerial hammock from pose to pose maybe even exploring an inversion or two (or not, it’s up to you!). You’ll strengthen and lengthen the body while exploring all the possibilities Aerial yoga has to offer. No prior yoga or aerial yoga experience required. **Recommended For**: New to aerial, or want more time to learn some fundamental poses
AERIAL YOGA TAKE FLIGHT – Aerial Yoga Take Flight: move through a series of aerial poses that invites you to explore more time off the ground while you incorporate poses in a way that honors you and your practice. The Instructor will offer variations to the poses allowing you to take the pose to the level that best serves you.
